Welcome to the TRIANGLE Newsletter
In this publication of the TRIANGLE newsletter, we talk about the upcoming 5G-PET workshop which will be hosted by TRIANGLE at the IEEE WCNC Conference in Barcelona in April 2018. Get your papers in for this workshop before the deadline of the 3rd November 2017!
Also we have an article describing the new and exciting features of the second release of the TRIANGLE testbed. We also talk about welcoming experimenters and applicants to the TRIANGLE testbed and highlight one successful applicant. Finally we report on our presentation at the Crowncom 2017 workshop on H2020 FIRE+ projects in Lisbon.  

The TRIANGLE project is developing a framework to help app developers and device manufacturers in the evolving 5G sector to test and benchmark new mobile applications, devices, and services utilizing existing and extended FIRE testbeds. This framework will evaluate Quality of Experience - QoE of new mobile applications, services and devices designed to operate in the future 5G mobile broadband networks -and enable certification for new mobile applications and devices. Read more...

TRIANGLE workshop in conjunction with IEEE Wireless Communications and Networking Conference

The Triangle project has experienced firsthand the need for performance testing and verification of 5G networks and services. TRIANGLE welcomes experimenters

The second round of Open Calls has recently closed in the TRIANGLE project and it was another highly competitive and top quality arena. Our largest set of applicants, for the Open Calls to date, yielded six new experimenters. These experiments are wide-ranging, covering areas such as SDN/NFV, MEC, video-streaming and MM2M using narrowband technologies. Read more...
